@Infidel350 yes i've worked out with cross fit, i've also designed an awesome at home program that will be coming out on dvds soon, it will get yo in amazing shape in 40 days.
@Infidel350 mines is BETTER, it works in just 40 days and you don't have to use NO EQUIPMENT at all. actually I have a current KILLER ABS DVD that was just released, that people actually love more then the abs disc that comes with the p90x program.
0:30+ does blood rush into your head and it feels like its going to explode? cos thats what happens to me... prevents me from doing handstand for longer period of time.
