  • i'm curious if your diet is on the high protein end, or ifyou are more into the carbs like doug graham and the 80/10/10 crew. see hardcore atheletes like durianriders and thefruitarian on youtube or foodnsport. they are good examples of low protein, high carb, and massive fitness. just curious what you resonate with. nice wokout. very inspiring!

  • @Infidel350 yes i've worked out with cross fit, i've also designed an awesome at home program that will be coming out on dvds soon, it will get yo in amazing shape in 40 days.

  • @Infidel350 mines is BETTER, it works in just 40 days and you don't have to use NO EQUIPMENT at all. actually I have a current KILLER ABS DVD that was just released, that people actually love more then the abs disc that comes with the p90x program.
