Are you using an emulator or console? It's easier on console though doable with both. It's just a matter of slowly tilting (not tapping) the control stick up/down before you throw it. Harder on emulator since keys are just I/O--in that case immediately after you pull out a bomb/jump/do most actions immediately press and hold up/down. If you time it right, it'll "register" as a "tilt", not a "tap" so you can throw the bomb softly. Same for walking not running, or strong attack not smash attack.

Yu see the key word in your post was "could". Isai doesn't live in could-land or prabability-ville, he lives in Rape City. And not only does he live in it, he is mayor of it. So, you can say that your friend "could" give Isai a run for his money, but that won't make it true. I never said that he was better than Isai either. And I think that most people would like to play Isai just to say that they played him. You should apply proper grammar in anything that you do simply for the experience you can gain in doing so. If you keep typing like you were then it makes it harder for you to make the transition to correct spelling and typing when you need to therefore creating more room for errors. Of course it doesn't matter in Isai's case lol. Btw Tier lists only suggest a couple of things:

1. It tells what characters have least amount of weaknesses and most advantages against other characters.

2. It helps beginners decide what a good character to start with. (Fox or sheik in melee as an example)

Other than that Tier list doesn't mean shit in professional levels because anyone can be good with anyone it's a matter of Mind Games and knowing the match ups. Isai is also extremely good too.

No.... he's comparatively far better in Melee. About the same in Brawl. Well, in Melee his spin attack is a better ground finisher, aided by his dthrow, and he has a decent recovery. In Brawl, his recovery is better with tether, more distance and auto ledge grab, but he has no L cancel, and his combos are worse with the air dodge system, though his zair provides for a great approach.

no his recovery with tether is not as good as it was in melee, it doesn't go as far and auto ledges. In melee, it goes a bit farther and you can do an air dodge for extra distance beforehand, also the tether can grab walls, and wasn't restricted to the edge.
