Personally, Nathan Belt is on the money. he knows when the show is over, but his voice does crush the Klush. I hear foaming at the mouth Klushy fans crowing about how Klushy is endorsed by the great Priscilla Presley and so everybody should just accept it and shut up. Here's a few FACTS about Cilla. 1. Elvis refused to let her use the Presley name to advance her career after they divorced. When he died, she went right on using it. 2. Cilla's a Scientologist and therefore, a total nutcase. 3. Klushy´s voice isn´t that good. Clean out your ears my friend. There are much better tribute acts like Chris Connor who know to drop the Elvis act when they come off stage. Klush was just a passing novelty but his time in the spotlight is up...,thank God. And if he looks so "naturally like Elvis" then howcome he´s had his teeth replaced (badly I might add) with copies of Elvis´s teeth???? How sad.

@eddiespike Actually his face and body type greatly resemble Elvis, as for the bunny jump suit, its the same one Elvis wore in the 70's. Shawn sounds pretty close to Elvis and he has his own style is well. I'm guessing you may need your eyes checked if you dislike shawn

He doesnt even claim to be Elvis on stage as he breaks character to talk about Elvis and what an inspiration he is to him. During his Intro's he's announced as an Elvis fan and his Real name. He's quite humble from what i see and doesnt go around mascarading as Elvis. He's giving people a living memory of Elvis and never has said that he is Elvis. He does get paid for it but thats not his inspiration
I know he doesn´t claim to be Elvis, but he´s "adopted" practically all of Elvis traits and mannerisms off stage, like... 1. keeping the Elvis speaking voice complete with accent, when he´s from Pennsylvania. 2. He´s stolen distinctively Elvis facial and hand gestures. 3. He makes a point of speaking very humbly about himself. 4. If you listen to him speak about his early life & music influences, substitute a few names and places & it´s like listening to Elvis talk about himself.
@eddiespike I think your being to critical when you dont even know the guy. Ive heard him speak in interviews and he doesnt take on the southern accent and always identifies. He takes on Elvis's mannerisms during promotions which is expected since thats what people come to see.
I was under the impression that it was perfectly acceptable for the public to be critical of artists regardless of whether they know them personally or not.

If you want to believe there are better ETA's out there then go watch them but i havent seen any that are as believable as Shawn. Donny Edwards is to small, he looks like a 12 year old Elvis, Trent Carlini looks fake with his over done make up and plastic surgery, Martini looks fake as well with the loads of make up, Garry Wesley looks nothing like Elvis. Bill Cherrie is great, shawn is slightly better

I agree with Brian8696. I too dislike Shawn's repetative on-stage antics that replicate Elvis' Qualude-affected speech pattern of the 70's...when perfoming as Elvis, sure...tap into the source, but when talking about Elvis, for God's sake (and ELvis') be Klush!

Por lo que he leído acá, por la información que he logrado recopilar sobre Shawn Klush en la red, este concierto pudo haber sido lo más cerca de estar en un concierto de Elvis. ESte es un tipo bien especial (Klush) tiene un ángel y un brillo particular que lo hace diferente a los otros miles de "impersonator" que existen, es como si su propia personalidad se mezclara de manera natural con el "personaje" que interpreta, eso lo vuelve muy auténtico, muy real.

around 1969 and his energy and voice are excellent. Shawn´s getting
