@09alltimelow Yeah that is the earliest you can get him as far as I know. Unless you use cheats/hacks to walk up the jumping platforms, then you can get him as soon as you start the game

@Cemsacoolcat You need to get a Heart Scale (check Serebii how or Google it), then go to Blackthorn City and go to the house in 0:22 (if not then check all of them). Talk to the fat guy and he'll let one of your pokemon relearn a move in exchange for a Heart Scale

its really simple to catch larvitar just go to the safari zone. Then you will want to go to the area where a ground pokemon would be. Common lvl 17
