Very nice video! I'm just getting into mineral eye shadows. Can you give me some advice on how to apply them wet and also applying them dry? I tried using regular tap water today and I added too much water (what a waste of shadow!) I also heard using Visine was good.

Hi! Yes!

While you can use water or saline solution, I really don't find it easy to work with. The easiest for me to work with is Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy. You put on your eye shadow primer, put on a tiny bit of Pixie Epoxy, and then you can brush the color over the Pixie Epoxy for a foiled look.
