Just to respond to the doctor who said 'no one knows what the structure of liquid water is'. The structure of liquid water is weak hydrogen bonding between the hydrogen on one molecule of water and the oxygen of another. This looks like a mesh or net if you draw it out.

I study chemical engineering at a technical university, but im afraid they won't listen. They just pull this knowledge out of their asses and make their living from it. I doubt they want to hear that they are utterly and completly wrong.

what the f**k do you mean by "no one knows the structure of liquid water"? i barely passed chemistry class and i can tell you about the 2 hydrogen atoms the oxygen atom, the covalent bonds and the hydrogen bonds and the 100 or so degree angle between them.
