EXCELLENT!!! As a news photog I frequently look for ways to simulate production equiptment with what i'm given e.g. booms, cranes, dolly etc. In this peice it is obvious that a crane was used. When attempting to simulate such a movement, I typically hold the camera by the top handle but given that we work with full size sony XD cams it's a little hard to get the fluid movement im looking for. Anyone have tips or tricks that they've found work for such movements?
This is, without question, the best piece of journalism ever created. While you, the poster, didn't originally create this masterpiece, it is still worth noting that this video should be spread throughout the United States.
