no sir, this handling was made by me. And right, it's not a cheat, I used GHOSTTOWN to reduce traffic for ex. but the speed comes from the handling file.

I have to warn, my handling has never been uploaded to the internet, but it could do it.

you can get one at the burger-shot in Las Venturas (the nearest to the gym) =) but this one is so fast cause I changed the handling file, best bike on the game for sure!
