But Jason does plan things out and set traps Victor is brainless and relies on brute strength alone, that won't help him fighting Jason who is just as strong. In the end Jason wins by the way victor is pretty much a cheesy rip off of jason in every way.

i think the new makeup is more realistic, more human. also, this movie seems to be brighter lit than the first, which may explain his different look. his face was very shadowed in the first one.
@IamSnoogans Nope, it's the same make-up effects person, John Carl Beuchler (sp?). I'm guessing they decided to go with a new look this time around. Kind of like how Jason's facial features change from movie to movie.
I was kind of iffy on how I felt about the new look at first, but it's grown on me a hell of a lot.
@JMoney002 OH!? John not only cameos, but also does f/x. I didn't realize that. Still can't fuckin wait for this movie! Picked up Adam's other film 'Frozen' today. Different type of horror, but still excellent.
