well how did you do it?

@crazygarry13 well in garageband i went to the instrument panel and somewhere theres options to tweak all the little details. mainly with synths and such. and you can add effects onto those tweaks you made. its soorrta a big amount of things you can do but its not mind boggling.

@crazygarry13 that i dont know lol. i think thats only possible with mp3's and still then i dont know how to do it. what i did with this song is look up a "how to play on piano" video for this song and used that data and manually put all the notes on the timeline and timed them right. this particular song like my others ones are made from complete scratch.

FL takes more skill but is easier to use. if ur actually still reading this and if u give a shit, lemmi explain. fl studio is easier to organize ur stuff. ur on pattern 1, drag ur instrument onto the pattern sequencer, write ur melody, boom ur done. in garage band, u have to look thru all the melodies and its hard to find the one u want.. so..

garageband has all the same compressors and Audio Unit effects that pro tools has. I run both pro tools and Garageband. The only thing I hate about GB is that you can't get as in depth with cleaning up vocals during the mixdown. But when it comes to EQing drums Garageband in my opinion is just as good as pro tools. Remember it's not what program you use, but how you use it. you dont need a million dollar studio to have a million dollar beat

I agree however I do think pro tools goes more in depth then even what you explained, it dosent matter, my point is pro tools is a lot more expensive than garage band and not every1 can afford pro tools or learn everything it has to offer.
