that medical centre used to have a lot of patients because they do bulk bill ($0 out of pocket expenses), about 2 yrs ago they removed that so now much less patient there now, they are waiting elsewhere instead.

yeah, they usually take a big speaker but in this case i think it was just a little stereo due to it being in a waiting room.
they only have music there so that they can sing in order with it and have the volume down low, so if you were there it would'nt look as good.
