its amusing how so many people on here hate on ultimate and how it's not a sport,but I've gotten "D1" athletes to try it out and they suck because they are unable to figure out how to throw it properly or even catch due to not knowing how to read its flight.Not saying that they wouldn't be able to after lots of practice,but that goes for any sport.I've played many sports including football,basketball,and track,and ultimate by far requires the most fitness & athleticism combo.

@jdubmchs this just isn't true at all. I know that it is VERY difficult to hit mlb pitches, but I've played ultimate with Div1 athletes from my uni, some of which have gone on to play professionally, & some of the best athletes in their respective sports have not been able to get a handle on how to throw or even catch a disc very well, especially the "easy" floaty ones because they are unable to understand reading how the disc is flying/spinning. Both sports require their own skill sets.

@KozySpike You cant really compare baseball with ultimate frisbee. Ultimate frisbee is more focused on agility speed and endurence where as for baseball you focus on more specific things like abdominal strength. It really depends what position you play.
