  • I really like doing this exercise with a punching bag as the weight. It's a lot easier to grip and once you start feeling fatigued, its easy to transition into doing push presses and force out some extra reps.

  • hey nick i do exercises such is this all the time..my shoulders are becoming very tight and unflexible and i try to stretch before and after every workout..any tips or exercises that may help loosen them up? thanks

  • its works more for triceps!!!

  • this is dangerous with heavy weight...hardly any grip on the dumbell especially with sweat upon metal...when its above your head it could easily slide through

  • Its just an alternative for dumbell presses.

  • just do a dumbell press for god sakes
