I really like doing this exercise with a punching bag as the weight. It's a lot easier to grip and once you start feeling fatigued, its easy to transition into doing push presses and force out some extra reps.
hey nick i do exercises such is this all the time..my shoulders are becoming very tight and unflexible and i try to stretch before and after every workout..any tips or exercises that may help loosen them up? thanks
this is dangerous with heavy weight...hardly any grip on the dumbell especially with sweat upon metal...when its above your head it could easily slide through
