@Mrevilcookiez alright :) thanks :p Well it is a complicated story but Ciel can call Sebastian as many times as he wants just until to comtract is complete, because Ciel made a cantract with Sebastian (demon) and once the contract is complete Sebastian can eat Ciel's soul then he'll move onto another human that's wishing to make a contract. Now the reason Ciel's eye has the upside down start on it (the star is the symbol of the devil) is that the star is the seal of the contract.
