Hopefully, Jaedong can come up with some 'revolutionizing' way to play Zerg to counter Flash's revolutionized Terran play. Until then, zerg players like myself will just to continue getting raped on ICCup. (by terrans, who play like Flash.)

Yes i do mean people who does the flash build, perhaps a little bit of miss phrasing, according to you thats talking shit.

Also tuffology, alot of B, A level Iccup zergs also have trouble against Terrans who move out at Zerg's muta timing. Most zergs don't know how to counter it yet, it's just Terran has found a new way to play the match up, and Zergs don't have a counter ATM.

It's not the most graceful win. It was strategic in that it played against some of Jaedong's main strengths, great micro and stellar map control. The mines kept him from spreading and took away most of Jaedong's valuable micro attention to unproductive mine-sweeping. Constant switchup of tactics, thanks to the fact he survived the waves of harassment, made build orders more important than micro.

actually i dont think the academy faked jaedong out, you see in the vid the commentators highlighting that the acad was out of place and its usually placed along side supply depots, also jaedong made a hydralisk den which you normally wouldnt do untill after your mutas are out, but either way the meta game went back and forth quite a bit

it just happens sometimes, the difference is darkelf has to use a "cheese" tech strat that isn't very standard to win, while JD can build standard and win titles, big difference. Can darkelf pull this strat through a osl? Highly doubt it. gg though
