OMG...have you not seen a commercial airplane in the summertime in high heat?? Its the effect of the air conditioning and humidity inside of the aircraft causing the fogging effect. This is in no way dissinsection to kill insects. If it were...I highly doubt they would be spraying the insect killer in peoples faces as they are boarding or stowing their bags....

@nzbbs first of all, the 777 doesnt have a 800 category, B737 has the 800 category and Air india doesnt have B737-800, this aircraft is A320, only air india Express has B737 - 800. Get ur facts right.

the process is called 'disinsection' used to kill insects. unfortunately, only in developing countries like India it is mandatory. Its an unhealthy practice of spraying chemicals inside the cabin to kill all insects carried in by the passengers, their baggage and the air itself....

In my expert opinion.. it is liquid helium....it replaces all the air (including oxygen) so that the aircraft becomes lighter and can take off easily reducing the fuel consumption. Also improves the plane's glide ratio
