I'd suggest perhaps using the grid method? You seem to get their features some what correct but the placement of them causes the picture to look wrong.

Perhaps using a grid with the picture will help to get the proportions correct?

It's pretty cool to see someone who draws in the same fashion I do, I wouldn't say I'm as good as you, but I'm not terrible. I gave up drawing a couple of months ago after my IB art teacher told me that I was too stale and that I wasn't using proper form to draw a face. I would always start with the prominent features of the picture.

You really have a knack for portraits though. You should do a full body one, or maybe a nude, try your hand at the rest of the human body.

In art, when you sketch, you have to look at it very well and make it look exactly the same, Its really hard to do that and you did. Im good at art but not as good as you. Im already finishing high school but you must be a proffesional.

You're really talented. My only piece of advice is don't be afraid to measure. Your proportions are a bit off. I measure the face on the picture and then measure my drawing bigger if I choose to draw it larger. :)
