I disagree with all of the kikyo haters here. Kikyo suffered and had a destiny and fate filled with blood shed and death, se had suffered 50 years ago but then was brought back to life even though she wished to remain dead, she had a soul past saving due to all the events that occurred. in the final act episode 8 it is really sad for that is when kikyo dies in inuyasha's arms with one final parting kiss. RIP hiun no miko sama, Kikyo.

But still, don't hate on either of the girls.

They're both sweet and caring (in their own ways) and they both shaped InuYasha into a good guy who loved them both. Kikyou was his first love, and they would have married if Naraku didn't fuck them over...

Then Kagome came onto the scene, and took over...
