@iloveAndrea119 i know, its so annoying, ive been to every town in oblivion, picked up as many ingredients as possible, only a few ingredients had paralyze affect, when i mixed them together it said that it would only paralyze for 2 secs, and know town had a spell exept one but i forgot, you go into a basement and theres a woman there at a certain time and she sells you the paralyze spell but you need one HELLUVAA LOT OF MAGICKA ! godamnit

paralization at an area of like 50 for 40 secounds radius of 50 u have to glitch your magic to make any of my spells

first you go to arcane university (since ur probably accociated with the mages guild) and then complete all of their quests, and then you will become an arch-mage, from there, go to the arch mage living quarters and there you will find an alter for spellmaking and an alter for enchanting items =]

Actually, you don't even need to do any of the Arcane University quests. If you go to the university, there are two gates to the side of the main building. Either them or the back entrance of the lobby. In one of those 5 shops their is a spell making Alter and in another there is a Weapon enchantment Alter.

or just go to the praxological center located at the far left when you fast travel to the universty for spell making and the chinosanirum beside the alchemist shop. instead of doing the bullshit for the mages guild. BUT i love the staff of worms. so i always do the quests

Another way is to type in (if have have the PC version) ShowSpellMaking to make the Spell Making appear

please help me anyone im just a starter on oblivion im a lvl 3(lol) and i want to know basically everything i need to know like how to get the kool armors and weapons and how to creat spells and how to lvl up fast iv been playing oblivion for 3 weeks and iv only lvl up 3 times! HELP!!!!! yeah i know im noob so you dont have to tell me :)

Well the cool armors and weapons, etc. are initially found either from traveling into Ayleid Ruins or Quests. What you find in the chests, depends on your Luck stat (i.e. higher luck=better finds). Try to make some potions that boosts luck, get a bunch of lockpicks and drinks the potions before entering a dungeon

It gets kind of complicated here. You know how each skills is related to a particular character stat(i.e. Restoration and Willpower)? Well the more you level up skills related to a particular stat the higher your bonus for a particular stat will be when you finally level up. (You'll notice +3, +2, etc. next to specific stats, now you know where they are coming from.

Hmmm...seems it skipped one of my posts. Well the one it skipped talked about how your skills are divided into Major and Minor skills, and in order to level up you have to use abilities related to your MAJOR skills. But you don't want to level up too fast, because enemies level up as you do. Remember you must SLEEP in order to gain a level, when your level up bar is full.

One more thing. If you join the Mages Guild and do enough quests for them, you'll eventually be able to Enchant and craft your own unique weapons, as well as creating your own unique spells at the Arcane Academy. This will be invaluable for helping you survive. At the very least, you'll want to get good with Alchemy, find a healing spell, and lace your weapons with stat damaging poisons. :)

make a ring that gives u majicaka clone it wear it clone it while wearing it u wont have it on but u get the magicka try to find a sigil stone that gives u 50 magicka make a ring out of it than folow my guide.

I couldnt get that to work i duped the ring with the spell on it then picked them all up and then wore one then tried to dupe it but it said it wouldnt let me drop it...help

u equip it 1st u need 2rings equip 1 then dupe it while its on then drop.
