I almost went to Paris to try and see them. But since Paris is such a big city I was planning on sitting beneath the Eiffel Tower just waiting, waiting.. Cause it was every likely that they would go there. But alas I didn't do it. (Of course you know, otherwise I would have been on the show since I'm a superstar! : )
Au revoir, Paris!!! Craig should make this an annual thing - how about "Die Late Late Show mit Craig Ferguson aus Berlin", or from Madrid or Kopenhagen or Rio or Tokyo or...
Firstly, the dancers at the end were amazing; I actually gave them a little clap lol. Secondly I would just like to take this oppertunity to says thanks Mal. Living in Wales, UK I not only would have missed out on all the wonderful, funny, insightful, intelligent moments in this show the past 5 years I've been watching but I would also have missed out on this fabulous Paris week.
I can't imagine not watching this show and that is down to you so a big, big hug and thanks :D xxx
@GeekLikeMe1988 Yay! Another Welsh Craig Ferguson fan :) Feel quite happy to know there are others out there :D Completely agree with your comment! Mal is amazing
This week made me feel like it was just me, Craig, and that gay robot skeleton exploring the city of Paris together... Absolutely loved it, lots of love and hugs for the upload Mal!
I agree with you cidique, I was disappointed in these shows also. I love Craig's show but I wish they had shown more of him on Arthur's show. I'll be glad when he's back in LA.
I kinda feel the same, it was cool and all but I prefer the normal show. If this was to last like 3 months I would be sad. I love the normal late late show more =)
Just so you know, in case it wasn't intentional, the correct spelling is "Qu'est-ce que nous avons appris ce soir Craig ?". Without wanting to be rude and patronizing. :p
Great week, the only thing that could have made Craig's visit to Paris better would have been Jason Bourne running into one of the outdoor settings and asking for some quick help with something... Aside form that it was Great !
@TVsCraigFerguson I think it's great that your letting people that look up Craig on Youtube have the ability to see his show without ads, but isn't it taking away support for his show since it deters people from watching it on his official site, where he CBS will see that it's gaining revenue?
@shawnderz People outside the United States cannot access the CBS website to watch the show. Including Canadians who are able to watch it on TV (on CBS!). The problem is that sometimes I can't stay up until 2:37 am, but I can't access the website. So this channel is definitely a lifesaver of sorts as I am sure many people from many other countries would agree. :) Craig has become a very important fixture in our lives!
This is quite possibly some of the best television I've seen in the last four or five years. Well done Craig; thanks for reinventing the late night format once again.
I love Craig. Just saw him live not too long ago and his stand-up show was fabulous. But having said that, I thought the Paris week was horribly disappointing. Wasn't funny. "Cheapness" of production value was so bad it was actually distracting. I would have rather watched Craig on Shark Week.
@winglet2009 Come on. The cheapness is hilarious. CBS sends the talk-show host who is constantly whining about the lack of financial investment in his show to Paris, So, surely he doesn't have reason to complain any longer? And yet, when we finally get to see this exotic international talk-show extraveganza, it's basically the Paris equivalent of his LA-based "basement" studio.
You don't need quality editing and special effects to make a quality comedy show - you just need good comedy.
The few times I can recall in recent memory where the hype leading up to an event was eclipsed by the event itself. Craig Ferguson's trip to Paris was better than I had expected.
Merci beaucoup, Craig, these 5 shows have been amazingly funny and entertaining. I had high hopes and I wasn't disappointed.
Kristen was a perfect sidekick during this week, she and Craig make a great team, and as always she was absolutely worthy of the french meaning of her last name (belle=beautiful).
Now the show is on break until August 22nd, it saddens me but I hope they enjoy their vacations. Thank you, Malinky, the first thing I did this week after getting up was watching this channel.
WAS GREAT WASNT IT ALL CF AND RSA FANS, they should ALLOW him to this once a year in a diff country each time!!! THIS WAS SO AWESOME!!! i 2nd the motion i gonna miss craig singing his theme almost acappella THAT TRULY INCREDIBLE!!! ENCORE ENCORE!!!
paris week was the best!!! you're a genius Craig for coming up with this. i'm sad to leave (because it was almost like we there experiencing it with him.... i really want to go someday) but i'm going to save every one of these in my favorites so i can relive this over and over again. you've reminded me why this is my favorite show on tv. :) and thank you Mal for posting these vids everyday. so sorry for being so mushy, but i do mean every single word.
That was a lot of fun! I was a slight bit sceptical at first, but it grew on me for sure. I am going to miss the awesome book store (and the adorable, amazing book store lady!)
That said, I think a week was about the right amount of time for Paris.. and I'm a bit excited to be back to the studio for the next week.
Im really proud to love this show!!!....An amazing and very special week... Thanks Craig Ferguson for this great idea, because of you I have always a reason to laugh even in a sad day.... The show I love... My show..... And of course Thanks Malinky!
Interesting week in Paris. My only complaint: This whole week they didn't get the French right for the end segment or figure it out and correct it. Guess they don't have any francophones working on their staff.
I'll miss Paris...
...Wait, I forgot I didn't actually go there (this time). :P
