The movie is clearcut . Hard to find except on vhs. Although I lucked out and managed to find one on dvd. One of my favorite movies. This is my favorite movie with Graham. Arthur is cruel ....and I forget why!

@Lanesteepee I perceived it as his way of saying he was going to kill the mill owner (bite the head off a snake and the body dies). He is a/the water spirit who has come to fulfill the lawyer's desire for vengeance, and the mill owner is head of the big machine (snake) that is destroying the land. Awesome flick, kinda brutal.
