@B8404RN it depends on what type of aircraft design and most importantly what type of engine, but in regards to the jet in this video the top speed is any where between 250mph or 300mph.
I wouldn't say he landed beautifully. He needs to work on flying it slow, so he can get a feel for its slow flight characteristics. Then he won't be afraid to bring the speed back for the approach to landing. My F-15 will cross the threshold at 35mph or less, allowing for easy stable deceleration.
