The little dudes from Maxx are called Isz. Got, I wish I could find the Maxx figure from these guys. I LOVE Maxx, the comics and show are mind blowing, and I need a toy of him.

having to get Arthur only by mailing all UPC's in is kinda a mean sale's tactic. everyone knows you can't have the Tick without author so by not including him normally with the store salable figures they really are encouraging you to buy all of them, even if you don't want all of them. it's mean, but it's business.
