  • Can anyone explain how the laser works?

  • @enunna ProTip - It doesn't.

  • @scottinbritol When u close ur eyes during the day is it pitch black or is it light?

  • Comment removed

  • This is bullshit - no one knows what that sound actually is...

  • lasers+energy=total bullshit

  • @scottinbristol You do not know that !

  • @robyz250 OK, lets for a second believe that Cold Laser Treatment is the cure-all it claims to be, treating everything from burns to pulls, and not a placebo.... Explain to me how on earth it still works through clothing? btw you dont know it does work.

  • @scottinbristol I totally agree I do now know it does. That is the point. Neither of us knows. And that is how it should be left. My original comment was said based on you stating what could be taken as a stone cold fact.

The world has evolved through open mindedness.

  • @robyz250 The world has evolved through open mindedness? No, the world has evolved through science and scientific fact. Cold lasers through clothes treating deep muscle tissues with minimal contact and minimal exposure is at best conjecture, at worst fraud. Fact..

  • @scottinbristol Yes, science has evolved the world. Every Science notion starts with a Hypothesis. There is a great deal of Open Mindedness in a Hypothesis. Look it appears you are someone that will just to a different branch to keep a debate / argument going. If you do not see anything at all in this statement, then I am done.

  • @robyz250 Well, seeing as you replied to me first in order to instigate a response, but are unable to maintain a discussion (branching off as you say). I'd say you're done.

  • laser creates energy within the muscles. Does the laser somehow pump glucose into the mitochondria located inside the skeletal muscle cells?

  • @Descansan

You can not create energy, lol

  • @VicariousReality7 You obviously don't know what I'm talking about do you. The chiropracter said the,"Laser creates energy in the muscles", and I'm pretty much describing how that's BS.

  • Deuce bigalow

  • 3:28 to get started

  • The laser is stupid sorry but that is like giving antibiotics for a splinter. And when did chiro stop being about proper alignment of the spine and more about the nervous system?

But I will say at least this guy is not putting people under anesthesia to do a adjustment.. that seems more like getting a MRI done so you can find a toothache. That and he talks about getting a massage to go along with his adjustment, both a adjustment and a massage seem to me like the would naturally go together.

  • I was with him right up to the point when he started 'healing muscles' and 'releasing energy' with light. Through his clothes.

  • @Shaidyn i agree, although certain wavelengths can go through clothing so it might actually be possible.

  • Less talky, more cracky! :)

  • man, crack at 5:25 makes this video worthwhile

  • I cannot believe that no one has thrown in a 'juice' joke, yet.

  • his name really makes things awkward...

  • this is so funny. But I really do not like it , also the neck thing, is truely very dangerous and maybe can even kill people actually. I guess some accidents did happen before.

  • i just wish i wouldn't get rushed so much at the 'practicer. Mine is busy and i would like to get the pamper treatment but i feel rushed. I would go see someone else but im already used to him

  • lazers pew pew

  • mother nature will be like slooooooooooooowww down and you will be like fuck you and kick her in the face with your energy legs hahahahhaa =]

  • Gigalow?!

  • OK here is the deal, both modern medicine and chiropractic work. everybody who says chiros are quacks, hey that's your opinion, i can't change it. the problem that gets me is that you guys try to change the opinions of people who use chiropractic. I think you should all stick to your beliefs. I know my chiropractor isn't a quack because not only has he helped me tremendously in the past, but when there is something that he cant fix he sends me to someone who can. Now that's healthcare!

  • @15KJO i agree. i don't even get why people would bag chiros. they are a testimony that good health must be maintained not ignored until something breaks down. if they are quacks then their are a lot of them making a good living from it, proof people must get results from them.

  • @americansmark where do you get off saying that actual medicine killed them faster? do you actually have any proof?

  • @americansmark the problem is when they claim to be able to do more than just simply helping with chronic pain or similar problems. then there are people who believe that chiropractic can cure a more serious disease and don't seek real medical attention. that's where the harm is

  • @cheeseman354 Heck, I lost both my parents to lung cancer. The "real" medical attention only killed them quicker. I would have rather seen them seek holistic means. I'd sooner believe the US is actually a democratic society than that chiropractic medicine is not real. Notice the sarcasm. I'll stick to my chiropractic and alternative medicines. Everyone else can stick to the traditional failures of modern medicine. Less waiting for appointments then for me. :)

  • @americansmark I am sorry for your loss, but also for you. Ignorant people always pay a huge price for their beliefs, I wish there was a way you'd see this, but probably there isn't.

  • Despite @Philthy9166 's perhaps less than delicate approach, he has all the facts right. There is little to no evidence for chiropractic over placebo except in really subjective things like lower back pain. I'd be happy to see any good studies you have to offer that support chiropractic as a real treatment

  • @cheeseman354 I have no studies myself (I'm in the music industry), but I'd rather have the adjustment and have a placebo effect than nothing at all. Plus it feels great. Its like a hot tub or sex or reading. No proof its really good for you in some way, but it does exactly what you want, and that's what matters most.

  • @BJJANDKARATE Either that or he lost his job to the chiropractic field. He's quite the loser though.

  • But I’m glad you quacks are around because you get to be my little bitch and deal with the chronic pain patients that aren't going to get better anyways. Keep up the good work you worthless piece of shit.

  • It’s funny that you describe physical therapists as glorified masseuses because chiropractics has been trying to mimic PT treatments for years. Unfortunately you don’t know what you are doing because I have had literally hundereds of patients come to me because their “quackropractor” screwed up their spine or couldn’t figure out what was wrong. You dipshits have this little box you stay in and if anyone deviates from that you want to get rid of them.

  • Do you honestly consider yourself a doctor? Because you are not. Are you claiming that chiropractics heals people? I'm sure that's what your "quackropractic school" taught you. I feel sorry for you that you spent all that money to go to your worthless school and learned that if you manipulate the spine it will help someone's liver function better. It's hilarious you and others like you make those claims. There is not one research article to back that up. No credible one anyway.

  • @Hiodr: you are right. I don't know what Quackropractics is all about. That's because it is a treatment that isn't backed up by research. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and at least we have credible research. Which means our treatments mean something. Quackros seem to take a shot in the dark and hope for the best. But even a broken watch is right twice a day. Go get a real job.

  • @Philthy9166 doctor? tell me what you heal. i'll tell you. nothing. you're no more than a glorified masseuse. you haven't got a clue what health is orhow to achieve it. you're just a lackey for the pill pushers you work for, a little pet who feeds off them while they pretend to try "everything" before they get down to what they have in mind all along, cutting up the patient. naturally, it will seem justified, since both of you know you will inevitably fail.

  • the purpose of chiropractic is not to stimulate or inhibit. it is to liberate.

  • @hiodr Liberate you from your money I guess... hence the time in training spent on running a business

  • the ourpose of chiropractic is not to stimulate or inhibit. it is to liberate.

  • That laser thing is horse shit. Well done for snapping the fuck out of his bones though.

  • IMMORTAL DOG!!

  • Really - what rubbish. Funny that a chiropratic organisation took a guy to court using the UKs silly libel laws for daring to say it does not work.

Well funny it did not work for me and it was 15 mins in and out for £30 - Big con

  • @borgilskye Anecdotal evidence is merely hearsay. In the UK, business is owned by the Crown at the end of the day. Of course they would want it to be protected.

  • It's funny how chiropractors always seem to find something that is "out of alignment." Mild abnormalities are NORMAL. Chiropractors are such quacks! And they try to convice everyone they need treatment. I get it...you have to pay the bills. But how do you look yourself in the mirror everyday and know you are lying to people. Also, not one of those treatments (light therapy, vibration) do a damn thing. I'll give you credit for the adjustments. They help in the short term.

    DPT

  • @Philthy9166 You might be correct, i dont know, but what i do know is the Laser is effective in repair of muscles. I studied lasers in college, and the 680nm (low Level) laser penetrates the skin to ~3/4in and warms the surrounding tissues, while the heat increases circulation to heal the tissues quicker (than surface heat).

  • @Philthy9166 what an ignoramus. you have no idea what chiropractic is.

  • @Philthy9166 They look themselves in the mirror just fine because most of them believe in this and since the people who come in there are usually also believers they will feel better even if he just poured whipped cream on their heads. Both engage in this activity with economic incentive to want it to work and that is a powerful mechanic for improving peoples sense of wellbeing. Regardless of what happens during the actual treatment.

  • @Njald why are you spewing semantics of an irrational realm? It is a matter of fact that the spinal column and extremeties get misaligned, that is not some myth. Chiropractors specialize in realigning bones, If you are injured to beyond their means they will implore surgical care, why is that so hard to except?

  • bigelow, best last name ever

  • @superuglyman888 i guess hes a male jigelow

  • and you will run like Kenyans!

  • @Nbrayton17 POWERTHIRST!!!
