Allosaur have cloaca like birds and reptiles. They are not susceptible to the same virii as us since the cloaca lacks the glands (oral or genital) that absorb the viruses humans and other mammals are susceptible to. To put it simply; No. Allosaur does not have herpes. It is scientifically impossible.
