We Bought an LG 50" only to discover it was KNOWN to be faulty when sold to us. It has taken LG 8 months and still no-one has come to fix the freezing & synching issue. Instead they gave instructions via email (after 6 months!) to transform TV back to an anologue TV - defeats the purpose of buying this unit. Their service is rubbish. We've been ignored from day 1. Basically LG were aware of the fault when the tv was sold to us!
