Strathmore Bristol board, you can buy it in pads.

Get 14x17 then cut 2 inches off to get to 11x17

I guess we would have to start with a genre. What do people like. I 30 days of night series, so I guess the super natural which also happens to be moving on the shelves of late. And then there is the super heros-like the Xmen. An anti-hero theme. Which has my vote...

That is amazing that you can make that on your printer. First I need the printer though. Was it difficult to make the margins and borders for the paper? I also had a question about doing panels and word balloons? I can only do it free hand I don't have the money for a scanner and all that stuff but I have been trying to find out the process for doing word balloons the old school way. Any suggestions.Thanks.

No I just used the measurements from a board Got off line. As for doing word balloons old school way, all you need is some circle templets and a letter guide, you can buy them at any art store for about $15.00 to $20.00 dollar.
