  • WHAT??

  • it is sketchy.

  • Quit saying "intuitively".

  • @DiCkRiChArDz HE HAS TOO SO HE CANT be in trouble or HELD LIABLE for ANYTHING jeez, GTF off his channel if you have an issue with it, seriously!

  • @SammiDe22 Can it you ugly whore. Who lit the fuse on your tampon? Look at your comments. You need to get a fucking life and a bottle of midol.

  • @SammiDe22 And I'm not 'on his channel', im watching a fucking youtube video. you greasy fucking mexican.

  • i haven't noticed that Heath Ledger had problems with breething, maybe he had a cold? are you a doctor?

about fidgeting: i knew a boy of 7 or 8 who was fidgeting all the time and he got bad notes for his behavior at school

    your reasoning is quite interesting

  • Honey from heaven. Hah! You might have something there, Josh. Perceptive observation.

  • @josh4380 she panicked? she didnt MAKE the masseuse CALL her first ya know!!!!!

  • @SammiDe22 dude, these comments were from over a year ago, hes dead, she got away with murder. did u just find out about this?

  • MARY KATE PROBABLY SOLD HIM THE DRUGS

  • The authorities found out he got the prescriptions from his 2 doctors, and he filled the prescriptions at a pharmacy. They were pretty much standard anti-anxiety and sleeping pills.

  • Could have, you never know.

  • @CIENEGALOKO13 I agree

  • heard he had oxycontin in room? is that true. anyone know exactly what he was using when he overdosed? did autopsy release this info?

  • ok I have an article here. Says the police and coroner's verdict was that Heath died of accidental overdose of prescription drugs. End of story.

  • ok i have a article here. were it was posted today. saturday, october 4th. a man just got charged in a kiling from 1975. guess who was investgating. u.s. attorney's. they were wronfg for 33 fucking years. this guy raped and killed this native girl. and was running loose. the family replied. we knew it was him all along. fuck the U.S. attorneys. another guy went to jail in the u.s for raping his niece. 13 years he spent there. then found out she was lying.u know crazy that man must be.

  • keep the emails coming. if u would like more info on this case and others. send me a message for more on how the massuse should of called 911 and much more

  • Think about it. If you are high enough to think you will OD, you will not be able to text anyone. You will have difficulty even holding your cell. MK did not call the masseuse. The massuese called MK. MK had absolutely NOTHING to do with the tragic death of Heath. They were friends. When the US attorneys office looked closer at the case, they said, CASE CLOSED. Heath himself took an overdose of several drugs. He was a good guy who made a fatal mistake.

  • The REALITY is that Heath Ledger killed Heath Ledger. He was a 28 year old adult responsible for his own behavior and actions, and he did something he wasn't supposed to.

  • @Germanicus800 your an ass. period.

  • @davie96667

I don't think she intentionally killed him but you're right when you say that she never did tell the whole story about those pills.

She does everything she can to cover her ass, including asking for Immunity in Heath Ledger Case before testifying.

Thinking about it, i don't think she sleeps well at night.

  • is mary-kate die?

  • The painkiller Oxycontin should only be taken under the care of a physician so please be careful and follow your doctors recommended doses.

  • ya he tryed to get high and then it slowed his heart and everything down intell it stoped

  • Your fans love you Heath.

  • I want to mention that he was on prescription meds However, it was the lethal dose of Oxycontin(obtained illegally) that killed him.I know in time that they will find the drug dealer who sold him the bottle.

  • Take comfort in knowing that the N.Y. PD Narcotics Division have task forces that are aware of the drug problem going on.

I just want everyone to know that if you ever witness someone selling drugs in your home town please call the police and don't worry you can remain annonymous!

  • Wow, the rock drummer Steve Foley just died, same way, prescription drug overdose. Prescription drugs obviously can be VERY dangerous stuff.

  • Thanks, Camille. I agree. :)

  • Oh, hey, you're welcome :)

  • If you guys want more facts:abcnews(online)is a good reliable source.

  • It's really sad that some people are going around You Tube pretending to be something they're not.

  • Marcellus300-All you had to do was click on Reply unless of course you suddenly forgot where it is.

I'm not gonna go any further with this.

  • Wisely said, marcellus613.

  • Agreed. Funny how people are STILL misinformed about the most basic facts, some of which came out months ago.

But why bother trying to make people who hate see the truth? A waste of time.

  • Yeah, I read that too, marcellus. Everybody knows that by now. Or, almost everybody.

He was dead RIP by the time the masseuse found him. Nobody could have saved him. Well, except himself of course.

Too bad, he seemed liek a good guy.

  • I agree with you DrSooner1

  • Marcellus300- You've already proven that you are not associated with law enforcement so please go and start your Own career.

  • No,I'm gonna believe the FACTS! Marcellus613-

1)Mk was interviewed by the government.

2)MK was not interviewed by the N.Y. PD (because she was in California.)

3)MK declined (twice) to give an interview to the DEA unless she was given immunity from prosecution (which,by the way, never happened because they decided to close the case.)

  • Yeah, that's true. Didn't matter what the masseuse did. The news said the police put his death between 1 pm and 2:45 pm, and by the time the masseuse got there he was already dead. RIP.

  • Marcellus613-Are you a police officer?

  • What difference does it make what people tell you, velvetlillies? You've made it clear you're going to believe whatever you want.

Don't waste your time asking questions when you're not going to listen to the answers.

  • Please RESPECT peoples opinions.

  • While everyone is welcome to discuss or comment, this is not a discussion. It is an intuitive assessment or interpretation. Nahu

  • Um, so what? If your "intuitive assessment or interpretation" doesn't have a solid connection to reality, then what is it worth?

Answer - very little. It's just fantasy.

What marcellus said is right. The police (and the Feds) closed this down cause they were appalled by the fact the DEA was pursuing this. That's straight from sources in the U.S. Justice Dept.

  • I didn't mean to offend you, Nahulanham, sorry if I did.

I'm not questioning anybody's right to speculate or intuit, all I did was state a fact relevant to police investigations. The police first determine if a crime was committed. If not, they don't even TRY to connect anyone to the death.

To imply they tried to connect her is, as a factual matter, inaccurate. They don't "try" to connect people to crimes unless a crime was committed. Here, they concluded none was.

  • ps - So, she was "vindicated" not because they couldn't "establish a direct connection" but because they concluded that no wrong even took place to begin with.

Again, sorry if I offend. I agree people shoud be free to speculate and intuit, but imo people should also be free to state facts.

  • Mary Kate Olsen may have been vindicated by the police because they couldn't "establish" a direct connection, but in my intuitive opinion there was. However, it is my impression of what went on--of course, it is up to everyone to arrive at their own conclusions. Remember: O. J. Simpson got by though every bit evidence pointed in just the opposite directio, and I am not saying she intentionally meant to harm him. Sharing drugs is a common habit amoung drug users.

  • Your premise is incorrect. MK Olsen was vindicated not because "they couldn't establish a direct connection" but because the police never sought to establish a direct connection.

    Police procedure is to:

    1. Determine if a crime has been committed.

    2. If so, determine suspects.

The investigation never got past #1.

Police don't waste resources when there's no evidence of any wrongdoing.

If people are going to discuss this, they need to be more analytical and fact-based.

  • If you are not a POLICE OFFICER please don't pretend to be one:It's against the law!

  • The police divulged the info MONTHS ago. You don't read the papers?

So, again, FACT is, doesn't make ANY difference what the masseuse did. The POLICE REPORT concluded he died sometime between 1 pm and 2:45 pm. The masseuse got to the apt. at 2:45 pm, and by then his skin was cold - THAT'S how the police know he was dead by the time she got there.

Which means it doesn't matter WHO the masseuse called or even WHEN she called. He was already gone. R.I.P.

  • Nobody is blaming the masseuse for his death However, her actions AFTERWARD do matter because that is what put MK under scrutiny.

  • No, she's under scrutiny because of who she IS, not because of anything she DID.

You yourself have declared your hatred toward Mary-Kate Olsen, so you're well aware of the fact that some people hate her because of who she is and what she is - a rich, famous, very successful person who's also young and considered by many to be very pretty.

  • Facts of Life: Drugs are not a way out of real life dilemmas. We must face and deal with pressures and problems as we meet them, unless we are hopelessly ailing..,and I don't sense that with Heath. He was addicted to illegal drugs, whether he got it through so-called "legal" prescriptions or street sources, such as Mary Kay. Just say "NO" to drugs and you do yourself a big favorites, otherwise one risks dire consequences in the short or long run. Nahu

  • It's an unbearable tragedy that this shit had to happen to him. NO ONE who resorts to drugs is a happy man! It's ALL a result of his emotional discomfort with life and circumstancies. cannot feel sorry enough for him having had such inner torments. He is a fabulous human beeing, with human weaknesses and the greatest human qualities. That's what I love him for. I wish he could've found other ways instead of drugs to find piece in life.

  • So have the guts to admit FACTS. Heath Ledger, 28 year old man, killed himself accidentally because he mixed prescription drugs in a way he wasn't supposed to. HIS fault.

And YOUR shame for blaming someone who the COPS, the U.S. Justice Dept, and the Coroner ALL concluded had nothing to do with it.

  • It would behoove you to listen into the video again and this try to absorb the details, sans your emotional dereavement. Have a nice read. Nahu

  • I meant to write bereavement. Sorry. N

  • ...reality time. Heath Ledger had a well-known reputation as a drug user and a hard partyer. He's been video-taped snorting cocaine. COCAINE, BOYS AND GIRLS. Sources say he was into drugs since the 1990's. The 1990's!!!! You know how old Mary-Kate was in 1990? 4 years old.

You people talking about her giving him drugs...what a joke! He had no trouble getting his own drugs. And she was 3,000 miles away at the time. 3 THOUSAND MILES!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • nooo....he did NOT deserve to die.

    RIP heath ledger

  • You know what? I'm glad she fought the fucking DEA. I saw the news 2 days ago saying the Feds closed the investigation cause the facts show no one did anything wrong and the DEA was just fucking around trying to pin blame on a scape-goat. i heard thats' why her lawyer asked for immunity, cause the DEA was going try to intimidate her.

fucking DEA, they've done that shit before. when Chris Farley OD'd they tried to blame some innocent guy.

  • No they don't. Hey you haters! she's innocent, too bad, there goes your wet dream of seeing her get in trouble. She's innocent, GET OVER IT!

  • LOL! Haters never quit, do they?

  • Heath Ledger deserved to die for consorting with Mary-Kate Olsen.

  • IT'S OVER!

From TMZ NEWS and the Associated Press:

The investigation into Heath Ledger's death has been dropped. The U.S. Attorney's Office, APPALLED at the DEA's conduct in going after a person with no reason to do so, dropped the whole case today, saying there was no reason to go after Mary-kate Olsen, against whom there was absolutely no evidence of wrong-doing of any kind.

Mary-Kate Olsen is innocent. It's over.

  • Here's what CBS News Legal Analyst Mickey Sherman said:

Before you talk to the Feds, no matter what, you ask for immunity. Why? 'Cause if you so much as MISTAKENLY tell a falsehood, even by MISTAKE, you could be convicted of the crime of perjury. SO ANYONE talking to ANY Federal agent, DEA, IRS, etc, should automatically ask for immunity before talking.

    That's standard practice.

  • amazingly

i was thinking the same way

i swear Mary Kate better not have anything to do b.c that would be a big disapointment to me

bt rlly why did the massuse wait almost half an hour to dial 911 what could mary kate possibly do for him almost 3000 miles away why dial her and not 911

iam sorry bt thats highly suspicouse

R.I.P Heath wel love you !~~!!!!!

  • Oh my god, this is like the same thing that happened to friggin' Anna Nicole Smith. When she was dying of HER drug overdose, the nurse found her and called HER HUSBAND instead of 911. What is it with these people? I'm sorry, but if anybody's life were in my hands like that, celebrity or not, it's immediately a call to 911. Leave it to the professionals!!

  • RIGHT

like what the hell wha could they possibly do for them

shit man they should think the obviouse

    911!!

  • FACT is, doesn't make ANY difference what the masseuse did. The POLICE REPORT concluded he died sometime between 1 pm and 2:45 pm. The masseuse got to the apt. at 2:45 pm, and by then his skin was cold - THAT'S how the police know he was dead by the time she got there. She made the first call at 3:17 pm.

Which means it doesn't matter WHO the masseuse called or even WHEN she called. He was already gone. R.I.P.

  • I don't think she killed him; she might of prescribed some drugs that led to his death but i don't think we have anything to worry about.

The person who we need to worry about is the damn maseusse. God damn that bitch! Why didn't she call 911?

If she had then heath might still be alive; but no she had to call fucking mary kate!

It's these things in life that make you go, "WoW, people are stupid!"

  • narniafreak26: Good point, I don't think she killed him either. And knowing what a good, decent guy Heath was, I think he'd be heartbroken by the way people are talking about MK. Heath was definitely not a hater.

Also, the person who prescribed the drugs was Heath's doctor. Sleeping pills, anti-depressants, stuff you buy in a pharmacy. Sadly, he mixed them together and took too many. A sad acident.

  • Thank you for actually agreeing with me :]

    It's just a terrible accident....

No one could have prepared for what would come.

  • STREET DRUGS?????? the pills are the same, street drugs dont have a pill press , if you buy a watson vicodin, percocet, oxycotin on the street its the same as a pharmacy ect.

  • Germanicus800, agree. I certainly did not know Heath but from what I have heard/read, and using my "intuition"(like this dude)...I think Heath would have hated this criticism, not for his sake, but for his daughter's.

  • It's amazing how people SPIT on his grave by writing stuff like the comment below. Heath Ledger and Mary-Kate were friends. Heath was a cool guy, a good guy, and he would have HATED stupid lies like the one below.

Why do people spit on Heath's grave? That's just wrong.

  • Mary Kate prob directly or indirectly got him the drugs.

  • BABY MICHELLE KILLED HEATH

  • My understanding is that Heath Ledger's doctor prescribed him the drugs - sleeping pills, anti-depressants, etc. So he probably bought them in a pharmacy.

You can get the drugs he had in any pharmacy in America.

  • mary kate killed him!!

  • No, Niclex23, she didn't. The FACTS show she had nothing to do with it.

H.L. was a good guy, a cool guy, and he would have HATED comments like yours. Comments like yours trash everything about Heath Ledger, the way he lived and what he stood for.

  • what makes you think she wasn't involved?

  • What makes me think she wasn't involved is that the New York City Police and Coroner determined that there was no need to interview or to investigate her.

And I encourage people not to jump to conclusions cause I think it's hateful to gossip or even suggest she had anything to do with it. I think people should live life with more love and less hate.

  • Another thing that makes me think she wasn't involved is that today the U.S. Attorney's Office (that's an arm of the Federal Government) dropped the entire investigation against her after reportedly becoming "APPALLED" that the DEA was going after her on no evidence or probable cause whatsoever.

When a PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE is "appalled" that someone is being targeted, that says A LOT.

    :)

  • yeah i guess you are right. im just a really big fan of his, and i really didnt want to believe he killed himself. its just hard to accept, but its the truth. thankks :)

  • it is pretty suspicious that his life was absolute great until mary kate.

great video and opinions, i really agree with you

  • Sorry, but that's false. He was a hard partyer since BEFORE he got famous, WAAAAYYYY before he ever met Mary-Kate.

  • shialover777:

Heath Ledger was mixing PRESCRIPTION drugs in ways he wasn't supposed to. Long before he ever met Mary-Kate, he had a reputation for partying very hard and taking things a bit far.

I'm not criticizing him or you. I'm just saying what happened was very simple. He killed himself by accident. Happens to lots of people.

  • it makes no sense to me. ledger did not seem like a person to just give up on life. if it makes sense to YOU. please enlighten me.???

  • Makes perfect sense to me.

    1. HE didn't "just give up on life".

    2. ANYONE in the world can make a mistake and get into trouble. He was improperly mixing prescription drugs. He did it once too often, and his heart failed.

    3. Happens TO HUNDREDS, maybe THOUSANDS of people every year.

Now, what is it about all that that people don't get?

  • My doctor told me mixing prescription drugs in ways they're not supposed to be mixed is like pointing a loaded gun at your head. Heath didn't kill himself, but he made a HUGE mistake, and that mistake killed him.

Does that make sense to you? If not, let me know what doesn't make sense and I'll try to explain better. :)

  • he has got a good point. i think their are things about the heath ledger case (situation) that we will never know. i think that that monkey faced, drug addict whore had something to do with the reason ledger is dead. its really sad that we will never know, why exactly we lost such a gifted actor, and not only that, a special human being. r.i.p.

  • OMG! How funny!!!!! KillorbeKilled2, the MOMENT you say "i think that monkey faced, drug addict whore" that shows EVERYBODY how much your opinion is worth....ZERO. A hater's opinion is ALWAYS worthless.

Btw, you say Heath was "a special human being" You're right. And HEATH liked Mary-Kate and would have HATED the things you say.

You spit on his grave, dude. So stop pretending you liked Heath Ledger.

  • people in hollywood can get away murder

    its a shame

  • Amen to that. I agree entirely.

  • either way, the point is, if you did believe in God, it would have to be the same one as me by default. There is only one God.

  • Bottom line is you are both fighting about religion on youtube.

Anyways, just because he used the drug does not mean he encouraged children or anyone else to do so as well. It was his choice and he apparently didn't think of others when he used the drugs themselves.

Quit making a big deal out of something that has nothing to do with the case itself.

And another thing, because he did a gay movie does not make him a sinner. It's called acting douche.

  • it is a sin to lust. The movie was about two gay guys lusting over each other. One was married, for moses's sake. Besides your an idiot. My belief in God is a scientific theory, not a religion idiot. I don't believe in tradition or ritual. God what a fucking tard.

  • bottom line is religon causes arguments, some people have more than one god and belive you are wrong, what makes you right and them wrong? you blind ignorance to the world outside of religon

  • my God is your God, and our God is their God. There is really only one transcendental God, philosophicaly speaking, and scientifically.

  • He didn't die a swift death. He dies slowly and painfuly because he was a drug user and encourager. Heath's sins are not the sins to himself, yes they are, but the sins that destroyed him, the sins that killed him, because god doesn't kill sins do, were the sins of spreading his drug abuse to the two innocent children, the olsen twins. He is an adult, and they were mere children to him and he encouraged them to be diabolic.

  • He was an actor Keep brokeback out of this.

  • Can't separate a person from their work, like inside/outside. Can't you see that? It would be like trying to take Sly Stallone out of Rocky. No can do.

  • Since his death there are so many that point out his role as a gay man in Brokeback. A Bapist group was even condemning him for the role. How ugly. The man is dead and they use it for thier own gain. Why don't we ever hear of protests against actors in violent or sadistic films? Funny. Its ok to brutally kill someone, but you better not have sex with them. I'm sure Heath Leger is in a far more beautiful and loving place than this one...

  • lol

  • hE REALLY SUPPORTED AND LOVED BEING A PART OF BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN, WHICH IS A GOOD MOVIE BY THE WAY. A LOT OF PEOPLE AGREE WITH THAT OBVIOUSLY. I MYSELF AM NOT GAY AND I DON'T THINK THAT YOU NEED TO BE GAY TO UNDERSTAND THAT MOVIE EITHER. TO SAY HE MADE A WRONG CHOICE AS IF IT IS A FACT, IS JUST RIDICULOUS.

  • I never said it was a wrong choice, you have misunderstood my reading. I'm not criticizing Heath's choice of movies, it was a brilliant movie and he did a great job. My best, Nahu

  • "Brokeback" role was not a wrong choice. On a contrary, this was an exceptional acting. The movie is pure art and Ang Lee made it excellent. The wrong was his choice to accept the role of "Joker" which did squeeze out the last drops of his energy and soul. They produce movies like Batman, Aliens and such horror like, just for the money and actors are just the goods - use it and throw away!

  • That's what you say. Should we all accept your (rare) opinion as the right one or we have rights to have our own?! How many movies are about gays but none won an Oscar so far, or it did?

Just let it Heath rest in peace, if you can.

  • Actually quite a few have. What about that movie with the crossdressor, and the movie with the woman who was really a man, both those won oscars moron.

And just so you know, broke back mountain sucked, and daniel day should have won several oscars but hasn't until recently, so please, stfu, because oscars do not qualify a movie as being good.

  • "so please, stfu, because oscars do not qualify a movie as being good."

You know what! - as far as I'm concerned you may as well STFU! I don't care about Oscars neither your low opinion. And go heal your frustrations somewhere else! Have life, while you can!

  • thanks. You TOO!!!

  • My remarks about Heath's inner schism with his sexuality does not mean he was a homosexual, but that he was dealing with psychological problems he could not resolve. Outwardly, he appeared to be as heterosexual as any other male. Many people struggle with this inner problem and often it is related to insecurity, self-image, etc. My best, Nahu

  • while i dont agree with homosexuality, I think he was a great actor who made a wrong choice on joining the "brokeback" movie. He has MANY other roles, and will be remembered as a great actor of our generation!
