Each to there own, I don't hate this series im just not a fan of any anime in general. Although ''The Guyver'' was 1 that caught me at an early enough age to still appreciate now. Unfortunately the ''New Series'' 2 be honest i find the graphic's not as good, The Music is NOT half as good, ''which made the 80's series'' also they toned the violence an gore down. An i did not think it was possible for Miszuki an Fat bro could get more annoying n they did.

The original was too gorey to release in America to a young audience. I've seen channels that show the old one and ones that show the new one. I personally love both and the live action movies were cheesy but decent. The newer series has more talking but I still love Zxtole. ;3

The problem with all the new guyver series is that everyone who watched the original is going to complain, I agree and still don't think it compares because the new series doesn't have the coldness, music and gore of the original but at least the new series progress through the story

I agree, I own and love the older series.  It seems so dark and raw that this new series seems to take the original story and not make it easier to watch but I guess more contemporary with cartoons now. No matter what, Guyver rules

not necassarily, I think the new guyver has a better story I think better fights but your right the fights are uber waterd down! I have the originals, I recomend getting the originals before the new ones, If they included all the old school violence this wouldve been an epic series
