Ruhl is actually quite nice unlike his stereotypic look, and bodybuilds for the love of the sport. I veiw "steriods" as cheating and would never put them into my body, but you cant excuse the insurmountable amount of effort many of the pro bodybuilders exhibit in their physiques, roids or not. Personally i prefer many NPC shows and admire the natural bodybuilders like mike ashley although many professionals are god damn freakky lookin

anadrol and dianadrol are both a low quality synthetic steroid. I used the hardcore, 10 years in jail steroids. My supplier said they were used on cows to give them "more profitable size" I bulked up, but i didn't gain as much muscle as using legal supps. Maybe it was changes in my workout schedule that caused that too. I don't know, I'm just saying that I gained more with legal supps than the juice.
