the video was great, I mean the pictures was scary, I looked real good and zoom it. you have several not one mean screaming faces, the front one close to the camera look like one of the devils artiz, on the left side of it, you can see a few one is at the far left side, that's the one that looks like it's screaming at you guys..and the rest you have to look for two eyes, once you find that, you can make out the rest of it.

I live not too far from there- just by Jordan Lake and Apex. When I was a kid in the 70s we lived in Pittsboro briefly.

Sometimes out-of-town satanists would go out there to have black masses and do drugs and crap, I guess.

I always just thought it was a bad patch of land- maybe acidic or something. Or maybe it is the gates of hell. I mean, it is Chatham County.

Hey guys great video you actually helped me out on this one because two years ago i did the same thing with some friends and we found nothing particuarlly unerving about the area so we figured the locals had given us the wrong directions but seeing that picture of the entrance proved that was it like i said we didnt experince any effects but if you want a good place to try out go to Roanoke Rapids NC and go to Witchs Dam its on private property but Im sure you can get permission

where the tramping ground is located is call the flatt woods as a teenager me and buddies always went dirt biking and fourwheeling back in that area there used to be a rail road that ran from bonlee to bennetts old rolling mill.i have spent many nights out at the tramping ground.

Those were some strange photos. That first one with the mist and streak of light- really weird. Or was that "mist" smoke from the fire y'all had going? Anyway, cool video. Hope you put up a bunch more. Oh yeah, cool cat that let's you hold him like that in front of the camera and nice favorites- I loved The Producers back in the day! Okay, gonna watch the one on the Maco Light now- I have kin who've seen it before.

What a fun video! Stephanie looks ready to do some serious ghost huntin'. Too bad about the ticks, though ... the bugs are sooo awful in the summer in the piedmont (I live in Durham). I was curious about the donkey braying you mentioned so I googled "donkey farm siler city" and came up with a few hits; looks like there are some alpaca and donkey farms in Siler City, so that could be what you heard.

Did you guys stay at the Devil's Tramping Ground all night?

No we were not able to do that. We had seriously talked about it though. When we got attacked by the ticks it made the situation pretty bad. We did hang in as long as we could, but gave up due to the ticks and mainly because a unknown group of people arrived. They claimed to be another well known group of NC Ghost Hunters.We thought that was great until we found out later that was not the case. I will say staying out there all night would be bit scary. Is the path to the tramping ground an old logging railroad grade?

Great question, but I'm not really sure. I just know it's a wide path right off the road. It doesn't sit that far back in the woods. I'm not sure what used to be there more than 100 or so years ago. Thanks Eddie

I've heard of the Devils Tramping Ground, but never thought is was real. Those pictures at the Tramping Ground were eery. The pictures at the end of the movie were really cool. Did you have a professional photographer take them?

I think I suggested this on your Maco Light video a couple weeks ago:) A friend and I went out to the Devil's Tramping Ground the other day and its funny that you say you heard what sounded like a donkey cause we did also. Was there a farm near by? Sounded like it came from the woods though?! Good work! Where to next? Bentonville Battlegrounds?;)

Thanks for the cool comments. We don't know if it was a donkey or the devil, but it sounded spine tingling. The next investigation is being talked about currently. Each time we do a investigation it takes alot of work prior to it. We have been looking into some old houses and Forts. Thanks for watching and commenting.
