i call bulshit the odds of it falling back on the track without rereailers are very slim. the girl in the row in front was exstatick and i wouldent be if i was about to face deth! ferthermore the vid was so lag that it dosnt prove any facshual info, with that amout of lag editing would be very eazy for an amahures. if you dont think it was edited some acting skills, some camera msving skills and a little video editing would all make this trik posible. nice try thow but i'm not buying it.

I think this is mildly frighning, i mean no wooden roller coaster scares me anymore ever since i road the Son of Beast, which at the time had a loop dispite being a wooden roller coaster. Really to bad they took it out but it was for safty reasons.

Okay I live in Texas and I rode the original Texas Giant (the one in the video) countless times and I've also ridden the updated one. It doesn't fly off the tracks, that's an exaggeration. If the car jumped off the tracks it would lead to an accident. It was painful, but that's because it was AN OLD WOODEN ROLLER COASTER. The new one is fun too, but it isn't the same. It doesn't hurt because it's metal tracks on a wooden frame. No jarring whatsoever.

I rode that bone shattering thing years ago and i like all wooden rollercoasters, even the beast at cedar point which is the longest wooden coaster in the world, but this ride made me suffer, i seriously thought about paramedics during the middle of that ride.. painful as hell.. i dont know if its cuz im 6'3'' but i heard its better now.

@Geginga It was just the bottom part of the roller coaster. They have a little stream that runs through there which had over filled in some HEAVY rains. I saw the helicopter fly over on the news and it stuck with me because I was just there! It showed the park majorly flooded.

The Beast and Son of Beast at Kings Island are the same way and it gets to me but of course I still ride them. Son of Beast has been shut down for 2010 and now 2011 again because of too much maintenance and neck injuries. These wooden coasters sure test your body.
