I would have to say that it is not true that Leppke isn't touring with Bleeding Through. I saw them about 3 months ago at Metal Fest and Leppke was right there with them on stage. Maybe you guys are right as of late, but as far as I know, he was only taking time off to spend some time with his wife.

I read that he's not touring anymore. He's going to continue writing with them on the records, but apparently the touring life was too hard on him. I think he's starting a family.
