What platform, PC, XBox, or PlayStation 2?

On PC, using the "pedestrians fight each other" cheat will cause that sort of glitch later on in the game.

On PlayStation 2, I think it's the 'Riot" cheat that causes that problem.

None of the other cheats will cause any problems, but those cheats will cause certain characters to attack CJ, even after the cheat was turned off.

Actually, during that mission, the words "Sweet & Kendl" pop up on the screen when Carl and Big Smoke arrive at the cemetery, but when the game is saved, it's listed as the mission "Big Smoke", and not "Sweet & Kendl"

"Sweet & Kendl" may appear to be a mission, but the game only counts both of them as a single mission.

After the mission has passed, the Stats clearly reflect a only single Mission Attempt, not two. Plus, the BradyGames Guide refers to both as being a single mission.

because helicopters tend to be shot down very quickly by the Hydras whenever Carl has a 4-Star Wanted Level... so I got rid of the Maverick as soon as I got across the water, and ditched it in favor of the PCJ-600.

Yes, but if you decide to do an activity, such as playing darts, getting a lap dance, etc, the cops in GTA IV will stop shooting at Niko until that activity is complete... I have several videos that show that; so there are ways to avoid cops while inside a building.

Also, there are a few indoor-locations in San Andreas where cops chase Carl while he's inside, but not many... one of those locations is The Casino Floor, which is the smallest of the three casinos in Las Venturas.
