I use to work as an Armed Security Officer in Fort Myers,Sarasota, Bradenton, Tampa, Saint Petersburg, Orlando,Riverview, Palm Beach. I had police tell me to my face from each of the above places that they can not step foot on private property unless the property owner called or someone at the location calls, or unless they the police witness a crime being committed. if the property owner gives verbal or written permission the cops can not legally tell them to leave.
Just because they are Police officer does not mean they Know all the Laws, just like the Orlando Police officer who was 30 to 40 years Younger than the old man that got body slammed and suffered a broken neck. There are some good police officers then you have the Bad Police officers they are everywhere to bad the Bad ones out number the good ones. Most of the Florida Statutes are written in such a manner that it is Interpretative. Some cops just don't like for someone not a LEO to know more.
You can not take a few laws written on a piece of paper and have that apply to everything. Just because you are obeying a few laws does not mean you are not breaking others. If an officer tells you to move you move then contest it later or call for a police supervisor for clarification. Just arguing with the officer is a jackass move.

Just for starters, you do not need the owner of the "private" properties consent, the police are not allowed to enforce laws on "private" property unless the owner calls them. Basically the law reads that the owner has to call if they DON'T allow the loitering or whatever. No report to the police implies consent. Police have no rights, you have them all.
Also, one good way to get the police to respect you, quote the actual law number that enforces your argument. A little research on the local laws can go a long way. Also, stay on the private property and off the sidewalks, the PUBLIC SERVANTS are not allowed on "private" property to remove you unless they get the owners permission. That is trespassing and they can be charged as well, and when a police officer commits a crime on duty, their work is immediately suspect in the courts.

I am a cop and I admit some protesters are treated un fairly but some businesses register with police to have them charge people with tresspassing if they loiter on the property. If the cops ask you to leave, be smart and walk away.

What was he doing that was disorderly? Their protest is not some lazy "hippie" movement, it's a guaranteed right in the first amendment of the Constitution. The police were in the wrong, and their spokesperson confirmed it later on. Clearly these cops are not interested in Orlando's (or America's) laws, and their attitudes suggest they have ulterior motives.
Also, there are no videos up with Texas police addressing protesters like this.

At the point in the time of the video taping, the protestors should have had documentation in place for that property.. They didnt so move on or go to jail for disorderly conduct.

The officer says that if he (the protestor) can get a shop-owner to come and state that he allows the protestors on his property that he will allow it.
But this protestor just avoids answering to that question.
