  • Nice, what happen to your maf sensor?

  • nice hahah sounds sick but shouldnt ya let that boy warm up first shes cold hahaha look at that temp guage hahaha

  • Shake it babe !

  • @obodalo0ol LOL, I sure try. Thanks

  • what's the LSA of the cam? I plan on installing the same set up soon. I have mine on a 113LSA

  • @jebuzws6 It was the 112LSA. I don't have the cam in the car anymore..I went with a more "street worthy" custom cam from Comp Cams. The new cam makes more low-end torque and retains nearly all of the top end till about 7200RPM. Its specs are 231/235 .617 .621 on a 111LSA. I don't have an idle clip of that yet. Perhaps I could add one tommorrow for you.

  • @scidav87 That would be cool.. but why did you get rid off the MS3? was it too much for your car?

  • @jebuzws6 The MS3 cam was my first time buying a cam for the LS-1. I wanted a cam that would have wicked top-end and a BADASS idle. After running the cam for about 1 year, and since I mostly drive it to cruises and to enjoy. I wanted a cam that would be perfect for the street and still pull hard to 7200RPM and have a more managable idle...keep in mind this is a 6-speed car and more low-end torque makes driving it on the street more enjoyable vs a upper-mid/top-end cam like the MS3.

  • sounds awesome for a v-6

  • @kenworthisx Dork.

  • Oh nice I plan on dd my camaro it's an auto with 4.10's 3200 stall I can't wait until my pcm comes back from Texasspeed! N I will have some videos up

  • I'll have to see them.

  • hey are the heads flycut because i have some 5.3 heads that needed to be ported n wasnt sure if texas speed had already flycut them btw any 1/4 mile tines?

  • Fly cutting is what you do to the piston tops for valve clearance. With the MS3 cam and these heads the valve were machined deeper in the heads so no flycutting on the pistons would be needed. You would have to talk to TSP about your plans and see what they say. I don't yet have 1/4 mile times due to having the stock 10 bolt rear in the car still. Thanks

  • lol wow a little off there hahaha. thanks for the info man how does this thing drive daily i have the ms3 in n i have the heads in my house is this stick or auto ?

  • Its a manual with 4.10 gears. With the 3.42's the car was still driveable but surly not optimal with the cam (would have to rev the motor too high off the line on the street to make a good run) with the 4.10's its badass to drive, the powerband is hellacous. I don't drive the car daily however...but i could, i just don't. It gets between 17.5 and 22 miles per gallon still with my spirited driving. It doesn't reall have much bottom end with the cam though..can't just let out the clutch and go

  • You didn't have the cutout open when you came out and raced huh? I don't remember it being that loud.

  • It didn't have a cutout back then. It was just the loud mouth exhaust. Now it has Magnaflow catback with a 3.5" cutout.

  • Sounds hella good bro. I am hopefully going with a 383 soon and I'll be using a cam that sounds similar to the magic stick.

  • @Blazeofsolo Thanks. I drove the car a bit yesterday to get it out of the garage. Fun as hell, breaks the tires loose SO easy and keeps on going, lol.

  • I tried to start mine earlier, since I haven't in a while, and battery needs charged, so it wouldn't start... Sure the rear mount battery effected that too, it makes it harder to start by itself.
