Steam in Guatemala part 2 of 2

Congratulation on your videos. The train in Guatemala brings me all those

memories on my childhood and youth. I have some pictures of Izabal

area and what is left of once a great era of trains and banana plantations.

This locomotive reminds me of East Broad Top. The whistle tone, bell, chugging, and steam hissing all sound the same. I think I know why; both narrow gunge steam built by Baldwin.

Good memories came to my mind, while I was watching this video, you know when I was a kid me and my parents used to make a trip every single Saturday, the time has passed and it only exists on my memory, now I am 34 years old but I still remember those good moments, I am not living in Guatemala any longer. Thanks for brought those memories to my mind again.

nice video, I'm a Guatemalan boy I have 17 years old, I went to almost all FVG(ferrovias guatmala) steam train trips invited by Gorge Senn and Specially by Henry Posner, is a very good friend of my dad. Nice video!!
