Doctor who - Life Among the distant stars

I've been looking for a piece of music from doctor who, reminiscent of this one, but I'm not sure that it is this one. it sounds exactly like that brief moment from 2:08 to 2:11, but it continues with the same notes, in a different progression. and i can't find it anywhere. does anyone know what it is, or is it all in my head? please let me know, I've been looking everywhere!

Officially, the last ever scene of Rose and the Doctor. Not sure why it's so tear jerking, but it really is one of the best scenes in Doctor Who, and the music does it wonders!

The scene this song was used in Journeys End is actually in some ways sadder then the Doomsday scene between the Doctor and Rose. I am happy Rose and the Doctor did in some sense end up together however what happened to the Real Doctor is horrible. I will never forgive Russell T. Davies for that one.

there is this song im looking for. Heard it in series 4. In the forest of the dead when the dotor was putting rivers diary on the legde, this woman sang a single note. And when in journey's end, donna was in tardis as it went into the core of the dalek ship, she started moving her to the doctor's own hand which contained his regenerating powers the song started playing again, the woman singing this shrilling note. if u now which soundtrack has it pls reply and tell me

@lol55832 I know what you are talking about, there's not an actual Murray Gold song released with those exact vocals sadly. But I did come across a remake of The Doctor's Theme Series 4 which included that 'Bad Wolf' melody that you want, as they call it. Search 'doctor who rivers last run' and it should be the first link.

My heart breaks every time I hear this piece of music, but I can't help but listen to it continuously.

Because even though it breaks my heart, all I can hear in my head are three words:

"I love you."

Even though we never got to hear it, this music spoke loud enough for both Doctors.
