They ended up in 2nd place! (For the Pepsi Refresh Grant) I was almost positive that they were going to be in 1st place (they were actually in first place a couple hours before the voting ended) but I guess a bunch of people started voting for the other cause within the last couple minutes... Oh well, at least they got the money:)
@Sims34u yeah I saw that on the news today :D I was scared they wouldn't get it cuz they were in 1st (and I was so excited for them!) but then they slipped down to 3rd (about 15 minutes before voting ended) and I was like "NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!"..... then I heard this morning that they ended up in 2nd, so I was really happy for them. They really deserve and need the money from the Pepsi Refresh project :)
@AAVlogs It's really sad :( Have you seen all the stuff in the news too? Like... I dunno why this story affected me like it did, but...... I dunno. And did you watch the "Give all you can to cure G.A.N." video? Seriously every single time I watch it, my eyes fill up with tears. The 2 boys in the beginning of that video, they're only a few years older than I am. They should be in college living their lives, but GAN has stolen that opportunity from them. It's horrible and not fair :(
