  • I gave you the rating you deserve bro, nice work. Gotta set u and bastionhead in my sights now... I'm presently 255lbs, best lifts of 429lbs X5 reps followed by 319lbs X 15 reps in the squat, 484lbs X 10 reps in the deadlift (yeah a little bit of bar bounce but the agro really helps make it thru the set), 561 lbs max DL and 8 reps with the 110lbers on incline DB bench. So yeah that's me. Nice to see others out there, good inspiration. Keep lifting!!!

  • I'll be honest with you. Negative and Positive! First positive: Your effort was top notch! Top rating! I also liked your attitude, and the talk in the beginning of the video. Negative: Depth sucked. Towel on the bar? Christ, drop the towel, be a man! I've done bigger weight myself with 20-rep squats, and I use no belt, no spotters, no music and no drugs. So, lower your squats, and drop the towel, and you will earn more respect. Good job brother! Stick to it! Better than 99% of other trainees!

  • Thanks a lot man... 'Mental Rehearsal' goes a long way! Currently working on mastering 385x10, and then I'll post antoehr 20-repper set... or maybe try to make the jump to 405... time will tell.
