Well, after you defeat him in Crisis Core he gets taken by these Green Laser ropes also known as the life stream soo its one of those, i think but oh well i guess well never know. O.o
I'm not sure, originally I thought he was dead at the end of crisis core, but he actually gets taken to deep ground and used to create the deep ground soldiers, I think :S. I guess after that he was just hanging around until the time was right to come back :/?

Yeah, Seymour Shuyin and Genisis shuyin can be good and bad at the same time.

Seymour was never a good guy. Im not sure about Genisis since i never played crisis core and Shuyin was also never a good guy.

Yeah i meant that shuyin only could be a good guy also but before the whole thing where he lost lenne he was good...

Genesis was a villain, because he was trying to regain his SOLDIER honor or something.
At the end of CC he regains his honor after fighting Zack, so hes not a villain after that.
And apparently in the DoC secret ending he returns to actually defend the planet :/?
