i like the emerald dream, my only question is why it looks so outlandish when the emerald dream is simply azeroth with no mortal interference? wouldn't it just look like the rest of azeroth, but without the great sea?

What I find strange is... in 08 people were seeing landscape supposedly to come... then wrath came and it was still being developed i think... and now it's cata... and I haven't seen a single trace of any way to get there since the rebuild of the landscapes... Where did it go?
if this is going to be the new expansion(not likley now but in the near future, then i think that the flying mounts have to be dismissed. Im sick of flying around. Make it an area that is not flyable

Here are few actual expansion ideas that are the best: The Other Side of Azeroth, because the world is round so what the hell is on the back side? Argus so Dreanais can finally clean up the mess and make an attempt to retake their home world Argus. Coucil is about a third faction formed when Illidan makes a return and demons are playable ( Only the Renegrades of the Legion ).
the emerald dream is going to be one of the new expansions of wow. it will have alot of relevence to the old gods since it is corrupted. you will see alot of one eyed creatures too. it will all be in the emerald dream(leveling etc.) ysera is going to be one of the main bosses possibly in the first raid since she has gone crazy because the emerald dream is corrupted. the world dragons will be back in ED and will be buffed. cthun might be back but im not sure.

So one might conclude that the Emerald Dream is planned as a content patch for Wotlk.
obviously its not a content patch for wotlk so it might be either one. a major patch or an expansion

since cenarius and the other ancients have been woken up or revived they may try using the emerald dream to down deathwing. but since its corrupted players are going to go through dungeons and raids which you may be accompanied by ysera. this may be the raid. from an non instanced version
im not sure about the arch druid though. maybe in another expansion when the emerald dream is cleansed
Emerald Dream is now for the class of the druids. Burning Crusade was warlocks, Wrath of the Lick King was Death Knights, Paladins, and mages, Catacalysm is obviously shamans. The rest I'm guessing where all just for the original World of Warcraft.

So this means that this area in the live server is locked and there is no way to go there. You may use a special patch that causes map misread, but you will get banned.

I always loved wow for this mystery part of the game. You could always find something that shouldnt be here and you shouldnt have found. I bet they have tens of zones that we dont know of, and they blocked the ways to get there.

There is in fact a place for GMs to hang out. It is just a little room. It has some kind of vendors that, for whatever reason, players can't access. There isn't a way into it anymore. They fixed it in patch 3.0.0 I think. It had a portal that teleported me to GM Island WAYY in the sky, so that i died when I hit the floor. I guess GM have safefall. When I rezed, I was in the graveyard in Darkshore, when you die on the docks. It's strange too because it is located in Eastern Kingdoms. Azshara Hint

You can still get to the glitched area above Ironforge. You fly over it on your way to the boat area (Theramore I think) Look me up in Farstrider. Name is Topiana and I will take you. Be ready for jumping. Its not always easy and the timing of your jump needs to be just right. Might be better to be around level 10 or so as well.

This GM Island still exists. There are some Bugs to get there. A fried of me accidently jumped off the Zeppeline before the timejump. So he landet on the island. But GM's realise that fast and get you away from there ^^

There is in fact a place for GMs to hang out. It is just a little room. It has some kind of vendors that, for whatever reason, players can't access. There isn't a way into it anymore. They fixed it in patch 3.0.0 I think. It had a portal that teleported me to GM Island WAYY in the sky, so that i died when I hit the floor. I guess GM have safefall. When I rezed, I was in the graveyard in Darkshore, when you die on the docks. It's strange too because it is located in Eastern Kingdoms. Azshara Hint

Hey does anyone know if emerald dream RP-PvP server is a good horde server? as far as the battlegroup, WG's, and raid progression and good guilds goes?
All the people i've met their are pretty nice but i'd like to know how good the player quality there is before i move my main, i'd really appreciate it if someone could help me out here.

You can still get to the glitched area above Ironforge. You fly over it on your way to the boat area (Theramore I think) Look me up in Farstrider. Name is Topiana and I will take you. Be ready for jumping. Its not always easy and the timing of your jump needs to be just right. Might be better to be around level 10 or so as well.

@Shredhead370 GM island doesnt excist on live servers, its a privat server island, wich is added by the GMs on the server.

This GM Island still exists. There are some Bugs to get there. A fried of me accidently jumped off the Zeppeline before the timejump. So he landet on the island. But GM's realise that fast and get you away from there ^^

A Explain of this: How do you think people on test realms and Websites like mmo champion and mmowned got Files that blizzard tests and delete right away again? Its not hard to get into there database.. Its just hard to modify things. There are no secrets..

@LetGoRawrr it used to be you could glitch your way in on live servers but I'm sure it's fixed by now. as for now you need admin rights on a private server.
