CNN News just called one of the pistols the Virginia Tech shooter had was a "Semi automatic full-auto machine pistol" Looking for the video clip now...haha! Maybe I'll search the intarwebs with my 386SX Commodore IBM nVidia Windows Mac Windows ME-XP 98 machine with Linux Ubuntu Redhat and if the intertubes arent all full yet, I'll downupload it

I believe the tax is $500 for many Class III weapons. The FBI also must either approve you OR tell you why you arent approved within 30-45 days.

i live in AZ there is a great store called "US Auto Weapons" they sell class III autos, suppressors, short barrel and other cool high dollar toys, they told me like 2-3 months before i get the product

Civilians can legally own full-auto Machineguns, the guns just have to be made and tax stamped before May of 1986. After paying a very inflated price for the machinegun you have to pay a $200.00 tax to register the machinegun to you!
