  • stupenda,delicata,emozionante...gazie per averla postata

  • @sage Then i suggest you Perform and upload it and put your MONEY where your Mouth seems to be If not Enjoy the Music..... I much prefer Those that actually perform As opposed to those that Spout KRAP......... I think you know Where I have placed you.....

  • ANOTHER drinking song..yawnnnnnnnn

BN have gotten stale lately..I won't be buying this album.

  • ~sniffles~ it is VERY bittersweet when its the last day of Faire... There wasn't a dry eye amongst the cast and participants...

  • @AkiraRose This song expresses the last day of Faire so perfectly!

  • tasarhai saihan duu bnshuu

  • I really wish I could Find the Guitar chords for this song.

  • @SumoSnipe - Woo for SCAdian bardic circles! = )

  • Good song. Best sung on the last night of SCA outings, around a fire with horns being passed....

  • This version has no flow at all. Way too many full-stop pauses where I expect the rhythm of the song to continue. I've heard this song at Faires too and a lot of Faire bands do better versions than this.

  • a true classic...the band has done it again , its a great goodbye song ( funeral ) i might use it for mine....alot later of course.....blackmores night...great stuff..keep it comin......

  • This is an extremely popular song at Renn Faires. Especially at mine. I've worked there for 4 years now and it has a very special meaning behind it. Owain Phyfe is my favorite version, but this is beautiful.

  • Rest In Peace Brittnay Tidwell. This song was sung at your funeral. We love you dearly, always and forever...

  • This is an old Pub drinking song I've heard around the Renn's. They've really smoothed it out.

  • @NeilsCave

Blackmorizing Night tends to do that!

  • guitar at 2.38. beautiful. what a feel he has.

  • Personally, I like this song because it relaxes me. Come to think of it, the majority of Blackmore's Night's music relaxes me.

I won't pay any mind to the haters. Come the holiday season, I hope to get this CD for either my birthday or Christmas

  • This actually is a pretty good song and very similar to one of my favorite songs by Cecile Corbel called Blackbird.

  • Is maybe the more irish one in their albums.

It's because of the melody and the tone.

    Good one :D

  • @Whitesnake984 What thing don't you like in this song? :) Is it the text, music...? I'm just curious.

  • @Whitesnake984 Really? I think it's one of the better ones. I think it sets a good mood.

  • @Whitesnake984 lol I don't understand,I mean this song is very much in the vein of B/N with a lot of typical haunting medievil feel like so many others on the album which you say you like a lot.I can understand the more commercialy sounding celluloid heroes or possibly even Journeyman(although that song whilt i hated it it on the samples a few weeks back is actually a really good song as it turns out)but what is wrong with this fine piece of music?like you say it is just your opinion

  • @jonybeam Calm down folks, lol. Like I said, for me it's the worst song on the album, doesnt mean its a bad one. It just didnt grow on me yet, perhaps I need to give it another chance, I listened to it again today and it sounds better. But so far this one and Celluloid Heroes cover are my least favourite of the album. But it may change, I initialy didnt like Barbara Allen either, but now I do.
