What would you rather have them do? Build machine guns? Play video games? Music is good for children. So is structure and balance. I'd like to see your child behave compared to this talented little angel.
Majhnavea0—it wasn't her decision. You can see it in her face. Her parents decided their child would be a 'star', and beat her until she learned this piece. I feel so sorry for her.
@nimartheartsPRS Just enjoy the music !.., Music is extremely good for developing a child's mind. Odds are theses children will be happier and more balanced than most kids. A kid doesn't get that good without having a strong inner desire to do it. And people who leave negative comments, if they really look deep enough they will see their negative comments stems from jealousy.
If my child was that good, it would be my obligation that he or she had opportunity to pursue.
I know that when children start at a young age they improve quickly, but as someone who's been playing the violin for 15 years and probably at the same level as this little girl, it weirds me out that she can play *this* well. She had to have started when she was 2, or younger... and practiced hours a day. I can't imagine any child that age wanting to do that? But I could be wrong.
@Majhnavea0 you might be right, usually children use to play with other children at that age unless they are forced to practice violin by their parents or others. I admire her playing but im also aware that she had to miss alot of other interesting stuff in a life of a child. On the other hand it is better than to be placed infront of a tv watching violent cartoons like lot of parents do in the west. Time is money you know :-/ as both parent are forced to work even 2 jobs to survive.
@Majhnavea0 it has even become worse, once children use to play outside during the summer period, nowerdays i rarely see children outside on playgrounds or sport courts, instead they spend their time with wee, ps3 or other VR nonsense. It seems to me that in our capitalistic countries due to survival or disinterest noone gives a shit about kids, so they become associal and violent, sad but true. Something that was rare in socialism, and belive me i know both sides of the medal.
