  • Anyone know which episode this was from?

  • LDS are not posting videos against other religions, not deriding others. Perhaps that is why.

  • Isn't ths ReadiedFM's video? Why the copy?

  • I think that if heaven really exists than it shouldnt matter what religion you have to get in. What should matter is wether or not you have been a good person in life, with the morality that comes from religion being a way to do so.

  • Got to love Mr.Bean's bit on Hell put into a cartoon

  • would have been better if you had just uploaded the south park clip without your rather lame additions. They made exactly the same point but they were funny rather than pompous

  • If I am wrong, I live a happy, content and fulfilling life. Then I die and cease to exist. Nothing lost. If you are wrong, you strive to make the most of the short time on earth allotted to you. Your morallity is entirely subjective and you "do what feels good". then you die, stand before the almighty and realize how stupid you were and suffer regret and pain for eternity. I'll stick with my way.

  • @UtahSheepdog, But that is the exact point of the South Park bit. The odds of picking the right god to worship in the right way are about the same as being an Atheist.

My morals are not subjective, Unlike many who claim to be religious who seem to be able to justify hatred, bigotry, and violence through their holy texts, I have to be responsible for my actions. I have no one to fall back on for my actions. I cannot use the "God made me do it excuse"

  • @UtahSheepdog I learned that in Sunday school and I completely am cautious now :)

  • way to turn a great south park bit into a retarded religious statement.

  • The original bit WAS a religious statement, or how stupid organized religion is anyway.

  • @GeauxSaints53 Matt and Trey MEANT for it to be a Religious Statement, retard.

  • Actually, there are about 220,000 different sects of Christianity

  • No, I was implying that the different sects worship the same god, but in different ways. And since the Christian God seems to be a stickler for just how he is to be worshiped they all can't be correct. Is baptism the sprinkling of water, or being completely immersed in water? Is wearing a cross worshiping a graven image? In these cases in my grandfathers church, unless you were totally immersed in water you were going to hell. If you wore a crucifix you were going to hell. Very specific.

  • Even if there are "over ten thousand sects" (a figure which you don't explain) you must prove they worship separate gods. I believe that is what you are implying, yes? Even a secular scholar will recognize that "sects" such as Baptist, Methodist, etc. All worship the same God. However, I will leave room for you to answer this question intelligently as misconceptions are always a constant between people on issues of faith or scholarship.

  • Oh shit! I'm a jew
