@JayGolas While it's true that live feedings can go wrong, and I can attest to that when my ball python got bit by it's prey one day. There are some snakes that won't take to frozen or pre-killed. Mine was one of them, and it took months of training and working with it to get it ready to eat frozen. Basically, moving the snake from live to pre-killed then finally got it to take frozen mice. As i said, this process took me months.

@JayGolas While it's true that live feedings can go wrong, and I can attest to that when my ball python got bit by it's prey one day. There are some snakes that won't take to frozen or pre-killed. Mine was one of them, and it took months of training and working with it to get it ready to eat frozen. Basically, moving the snake from live to pre-killed then finally got it to take frozen mice. As i said, this process took me months.

People who feed captive bred snakes live food mostly keep snakes as status symbols, rather than pets that they actually care for. And to add, it is illegal in some places to feed live food to CB snakes.

at first when the rat is dangling it looks like it's doing a Tom Cruise thing from Mission Impossible 1. Then at about 0:12 when he actually sees the snake he's like "oh shit oh shit oh shit oh shit"

what are you talking about? I just asked if the snake would take pre killed, that would make the live pray unessesary. But that offcours depend why you feed live in the first place. If you do it becouse you think its more natutural for the snake, then fine, but I think you can simply fool the snake by pulling on the pray to make it look live. Feeding live just becouse you think it looks fun its kind a stupid I think. if you have a small penis then sorry for you, but please dont put it on youtube

Watch any live-feed vid. Fully half the posts whine or pontificate: "Live feeding is wrong" -- for whatever reason.

So why do they keep on harping about it? Simple. Without practice, most see in others the traits and faults that they carry. The thief thinks everyone's out to steal from him and the sot thinks everybody drinks. And, in this case, petty, small-minded people tend to think everybody is stubborn and rebellious and thus needs to be treated as a child.

That's convenient. Why is it so important to you that people feed DEAD rodents to their snakes? And why do so many viewers complain if it isn't an organized movement? On almost every live-feed vid almost half the posts are to this effect.
And no, you did not simply ask him, as you claim. Rather, you flat-out TOLD him to use dead food when you said, "its [sic] allways [sic] better to feed with dead, both for0 the rat and for the snake."

i'm pretty sure he purchased the rat therefore it was in his possession therefore giving him right to do what he wants with it, especially if its a feeder rat, these things multiply by the millions, its a fucking rat, an ugly ass rodent that supplies more than half of the worlds predators with food
