she was sick when she sang this, just came back from vocal rest from bronchitis and rupturing a vocal chord. didnt sing for like 2 months. so thats why it was beetter on idol. but i will say idol is the best time she ever sang it, cause it had the magic of just hearing it, a true historical moment.

She's got a nice mix, because usually when she sings, "that's where you'll find me, somewhere over the rainbow," she belts. But she didn't this time, nor did she use head voice. I like her mix. And I love how she acknowledged her accompanist.

I was so sad not to see her at Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, NY on July 15th :( But I'm glad she is feeling better!!! She sounds a little hoarse though, I hope she doesn't do any damage to her voice.
