This is a beautiful arrangement. It is a bit fast but thats okay cuz its osm!! I figured out a similar one myself a few years ago... but I didnt add the ending like you did.. loveee ittttt.

and for everyone thats begging for sheet music or to see the keys: you dont need it!! its basic Dmajor 1st inversion chords!!! and the added melodies are easy to sound out!! D, D E D E #F... #F G #F G A... B A G #F, E, D... and so on..... but it takes talent and practice to master it like you did. great job.
