  • Holy crap

  • i feel sooo week compared to you

  • well gee... i feel terrible...

  • that one legged deadlift with 315 lbs is sick

  • you see a lot of people doing showoff lifts on youtube that are really rough, but even though this is 315lb, you look like you're doing a demonstration with a 20lb bar. congrats.

  • Just a question....lets say you can do 315lbs single leg deads for 5 reps on each leg.....does that mean you can do 600-700lbs deadlift for 5reps or near abouts?

Reason I ask is because I got a home setup but I have out grown my weights on the deadlift (only have like 350lbs in total including bar) and was thinking of switching to single leg deads (on a hugely limited budget so buying more weights is out the question.....also hence why not gym membership!)

  • @TheSleepingMoth It depends on the person, but generally it is not an even multiple. I would say somewhere around 80%. Single leg work is a great idea if you are running out of plates.

  • Nice. Try it off a 6 inch platform for more ROM.

  • That just looks supernatural.

  • You made that 315 lb one-legger look very effortless...nice and strong man. Great job.

  • Very strong lift Max!

  • You are just crazy max =) nice lifts.

  • holy moly.

  • sick weight for that exercise
